Winter Lingers at Heron Lake, New Mexico

Although much of the snow melted quickly, the storm proves that springtime in New Mexico requires preparation for all conditions. That same weekend, Carol Anne was skippering us under mostly sunny skies in southern New Mexico in the spring series 3 regatta at Elephant Butte Lake.
