Low-profile boat fender

The low-profile boat fenders that are popular with bass anglers are also useful on low-freeboard sailboats and boats that don't have lifelines from which to hang fenders. The curved neck on the top of the fender also might help prevent damage to the hull-deck joint of a boat.
