One of the houses we looked at in Arizona looks quite impressive, although it does have some clean-up and fix-up issues. However, the lot immediately behind the house needs some tidying and de-junking:

Good heavens. I've got a hoarder living behind me. He's got nothing on this.
The owner of that lot is a big land developer, of mostly industrial tracts, but he has a hobby of reconstructing historic homes. I'm guessing most of what's on that lot is debris from that hobby.
Or, I'm thinking it may be used by an associate of the developer; the associate may have a landscaping business.
