More pretty pix from the Texas Cowtown....

View to the northeast from the marina at the Fort Worth Boat Club. Although Fort Worth is the only place I know of with a twice-daily cattle drive downtown, it's not exactly a "cow town" these days, but a good-sized city of several hundred thousand people with all the usual cultural amenities and then a few. And, although the neighboring Cowboys football franchise has been floundering, the local university team, the Horned Frogs, have been more than impressive.

Some surprisingly good-sized boats call Eagle Mountain Lake home.
