Scenic Views from Last Weekend

One of these days I'm going to have to actually sail at this place! The views were great, and a quickie sail would certainly have been a great break from two days of sitting, listening, taking notes, talking, asking questions, and taking examinations.

During class breaks sometimes I could escape outdoors and enjoy views such as this.

Saturday's winds and frontal passage resulted in much cooler weather for Sunday. Even so, plenty of sailors were enthusiastic about getting out on the lake. However, this lake isn't in New Mexico, but rather 600 miles from our home in Albuquerque. And, we didn't go sailing this past weekend, but we certainly thought and discussed sailboat racing all weekend long.
