A View of Cherry Creek Lake and Marina, Colorado

On Tuesday (July 31, 2007), Carol Anne and I worked on Black Magic for a while, then drove to Denver to meet with Jim and Chris from Buccaneer Fleet 30. En route, we passed by Chatfield Reservoir near the southwest side of Denver, stopped at West Marine to buy some cleats and a specialty fender, and then drove by Cherry Creek Reservoir and Marina.

Cherry Creek is a moderate-sized lake in Aurora, which is on the south side of the Denver metro. It is home to a marina, yacht club, and youth sailing program.
