Alternative Transportation

This week, the city of Albuquerque is promoting alternative transportation to try to reduce automobile use. Tomorrow, the city will offer free bus rides as part of the promotion.

That's come in handier than expected because our truck is now in the shop at the Ford dealership for a few days and several hundred dollars worth of attention. We may get some good use out of that bus. Too bad we can't use it to haul recycling, tow boats, haul mainsails, or move lumber.
