Kachina and Hot Flash at the Sunrise Regatta

While Kachina's owners were racing the big boat (Shonto) in the 50 miler, Chuck and a group of high-school sailors raced Kachina in the 10-mile race.


Hot ?Flash, with skipper Vicky Z. and crew Lisa and Ken, powers out to the race course. Hot Flash was the first J/24 to finish the race, eking in a 15-second advantage over her closest rival.
